Cesar Rivera is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in HVAC, facility maintenance, and energy efficiency. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Stark Tech since September 2024, Cesar has previously held significant roles including Senior Project Manager at Colwill Engineering, Inc., and Project Manager at Trane Technologies and Del-Air Heating and Air Conditioning. Cesar's experience extends to leadership positions such as Vice President at VPC Development Management Group, where expertise in energy conservation and preventive maintenance was developed. As the owner of CRF Air Conditioning Specialists, Cesar managed all facets of business operations, while earlier roles included managing service and maintenance for federal government facilities at Brooks Range Contract Services, Inc., and leading the HVAC division at TAC, Inc.
