Matt Hotek, PharmD, MHA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Matt started their career at King's Daughters' Health in 1999 as a Clinical Pharmacist and later became the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator. In 2008, they joined Columbus Regional Health as the Manager of Pharmacy Services and progressed to become the Director of System Pharmacy Services.

- From 1995 to 1999, they attended Butler University, where they earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree in Pharmacy.
- In 1989, they completed their Bachelor's degree at Saint Louis University.
- Prior to that, they attended St. Xavier High School.
- In 2011, they attended Simmons University, where they obtained a Master's in Health/Health Care Administration/Management (MHA) from 2011 to 2013.
- In 2007, they participated in the ASHP Pharmacy Leadership Academy certificate program.
- In 2007 and 2008, they attended Indiana University Bloomington and became a Certified Health Care Manager.
