Adrienne Williams, SPHR, is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer at Columbus McKinnon, where responsibilities include developing a global HR strategy and providing strategic leadership to the executive management team and Board of Directors. In addition to this role, Adrienne serves as a Board Member for InReach NC, promoting services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and as a member of Chief, an organization aimed at empowering women in executive positions. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Inclusion & Human Resources at Compass Group, where notable achievements include leading inclusion strategies for a large workforce, and as HR Director at Liberty Commons. Adrienne holds an M.B.A. from Montreat College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business from Johnson C. Smith University.
