Cindy Smith-Maglione is an experienced retail professional with over 31 years in the industry, culminating in a retirement from the position of VP of Fashion Merchandising in April 2018. Notable roles include VP of Merchandising at Justice, VP GMM for Aerie at American Eagle Outfitters, and VP Merchant Manager at Abercrombie and Fitch. After a tenure as an independent consultant at Maglione Consulting from July 2019 to December 2021, Cindy joined the board of Columbus Humane in November 2018, demonstrating a commitment to community service.
