Jeff Richards has a strong and diverse work experience in the field of product support and management. Jeff started their career at GE in 2000, working in product commercialization until 2003. In 2003, they joined Columbus Equipment Company as an Inside Sales Representative and later became the Branch Manager. From 2008 to 2013, they worked in marketing for the company. Then, they served as the General Manager from 2013 to 2020, responsible for overall operations. Recently, they took on the role of Product Support Development, and they are currently serving as the Vice President of Product Support since January 2022.
Jeff Richards earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Ohio University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
