James Donovan has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as an Infantry Soldier in the US Army from June 2009 to December 2013. James then worked as a Water Technician at Synergy Restoration & Construction LLC from June 2013 to February 2015. Following this, they joined J.R. Johnson, LLC as a Water Technician, where they gained certifications and managed crews on multiple jobsites from February 2015 to July 2017. James further enhanced their skills and knowledge by working as a Purchasing Manager and Service Estimator at Snyder Roofing of Oregon LLC from July 2017 to April 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Service Sales Manager at Columbia Roofing and Sheet Metal since May 2022 and will soon take on the position of Director of Operations from January 2023 onwards.
