Nicholas H. has extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer II at Columbia Machine, Inc. since March 2022. Prior roles include Manufacturing Engineer at LifePort and Ran-Tech Engineering & Aerospace Inc., where Nicholas focused on process improvement in CNC machining and sheet metal assembly, as well as technical writing of in-house operating procedures. Earlier in the career, Nicholas was a CNC Programmer/Designer at CAMTEC Precision Inc. and a CNC Machinist at Pederson Brothers Co., managing the setup and operation of large-scale machining projects. Nicholas's background also includes fabrication work as a Fitter/Welder at TUMBLAR Products Limited and as a Welder/Machinist at Care Controls Inc. Academically, Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Washington University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Machine Tool Technology from Lake Washington Institute of Technology.
