Patti Vadset is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of People and Culture at Columbia Hospitality since May 2017. Prior to this role, Patti held various HR positions at Coastal Hotels from September 2009 to April 2017, including Corporate Director of Human Resources. During an earlier tenure at Columbia Hospitality from May 1998 to September 2009, Patti was the Director of Human Resources. Patti Vadset is an alumna of Washington State University.
