Michael Kosmin is the President of Columbia Hospitality Residential, where Michael oversees a large portfolio of properties across multiple states. Michael is also a Partner at MAK Consulting LLC, providing sales and marketing expertise to various companies. Previously, Michael served as the Chief Operations Officer at Cascade Sotheby's International Realty and held various leadership positions in sales and marketing at companies such as Hyatt Vacation Ownership, Lowe Enterprises, Centex Homes, Marriott Vacation Club, and Shell Vacations. Michael holds a BS in Fisheries and Biology from the University of Washington.
