Alan Stephens is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust career centered on operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Columbia Hospitality since July 2006, Alan has held various leadership roles within the company, including Corporate Director of Operational Excellence and General Manager of Talaris Conference Center and Kenwood Inn & Spa. Previous experience includes positions as Opening General Manager at The Yeatman and Executive Assistant Manager at Salish Lodge & Spa. Alan began the career as Resident Services Director at Era Living and served as Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts across multiple locations, including Los Angeles, Seattle, New York, Maui, and Chicago. Alan holds a degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Washington State University, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
