Wendy Smith currently serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Wendy worked at Hong Kong International School from August 2012 to July 2022, where responsibilities included serving as a STEM & Innovation Coach and a STEM Specialist for grades 3-5. Wendy's earlier experience includes various teaching and coaching roles at Webster Central School District from 1998 to 2012, St. John Fisher College as a Graduate Level Instructor from 2004 to 2011, Brunswick School Department, and Norfolk Public Schools. Wendy holds an MS in Math, Science, & Technology Education from St. John Fisher University, an IB Certificate in Teaching and Learning from Bethel University, and a BS in Elementary Education from PennWest Edinboro.
