Eric Rodarmel has a diverse work history, primarily in sales and engineering roles. Starting in 1996, they worked at Fairfield Manufacturing as a Manufacturing Engineer/Program Manager. Eric then moved up to become a Regional Sales Manager, and later became the Director of Custom Sales. In 2012, they joined Oerlikon Drive Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd as the Director of Engineering and Product Transfers. In 2015, they transitioned to Oerlikon Drive Systems, where they served as the Director of Transfer of Manufacturing (ToM). Most recently, since 2016, Eric has been the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Columbia Gear.

Eric Rodarmel has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Technology from Purdue University. Eric also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, with a focus on Business, Management, and Operations.
