Charlotte Dixon has over three decades of experience in the utility and financial sectors. Currently serving as Construction Coordinator 2 at Columbia Gas of Virginia since July 1994, Charlotte has previously held roles as a Plant Technician and Meter Reader within the company. Prior to this, Charlotte worked at Fort Belvoir Federal Credit Union from 1989 to July 1994, progressing from Accounting Specialist to Loan Specialist within the Loan Department. Charlotte holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Northern Virginia Community College and a 2-year Certificate in Banking Law from Mary Washington College.
