Ben Ganon has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Product Designer at Colu, a city coins and blockchain company. Here, they focus on designing solutions that integrate blockchain technology with city coins to provide accessible and user-friendly experiences. Ben collaborates with development and marketing teams to understand user needs, create wireframes and prototypes, and develop functional designs.
Prior to Colu, Ben was a Product Designer on the founding team of Urban Change, where they contributed to building sustainable and impactful city-wide communities using blockchain-based solutions. Through the Dual Token model, they helped create LocalCoins and ImpactTokens to drive local economies and foster economic and social prosperity.
Before joining the blockchain industry, Ben worked as an Epidemiology Analyst at the Ministry of Health Israel from July 2020 to November 2021. Ben also gained experience in store management as a part of the Columbia Sportswear Company team from June 2018 to August 2019.
Ben's earliest work experience dates back to their time serving in the Israel Defense Forces from November 2014 to November 2017, where they served as a Human Resources Manager.
Ben Ganon's education history begins with their high school education at the Leo Baeck Education Center, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2011 to 2014. Ben then pursued further education at The NB Haifa School of Design from 2019 to 2021, although the specific degree obtained is unspecified.
