Cathi Roberts joined the Colts Board of Directors in 2016. Her involvement with the Colts Youth Organization started with her son, Jack, earning a contract with the Colts battery as a cymbal player in 2014 and she now leads the Red Team Thread Team.
Cathi and her former husband started, grew, and sold three successful businesses in the printing, software and scuba industries over the span of 30 years.
She also has been extremely busy in various philanthropic endeavors, including holding a seat on the board of directors of the League of Women Voters of Greater Omaha. She has been on the Event Leadership Team for the American Cancer Societies’ Relay For Life for 12 years, chairing the event in 2012, 2013, and 2014 and helping to earn over $4,500,000. Cathi is also a driver for the American Cancer Society Road to Recovery program, transporting patients to their cancer treatments.
Her other volunteer experience includes guild member for Omaha Hearing School for Children, helping to plan and execute fundraising author events. She has chaired the St. Andrews UMC gala event. She was the chair of the Montclair Elementary School carnival for 6 consecutive years. She has been involved with St. Andrews UMC Youth Group and has chaperoned their youth mission trips for 10 years. She has also been a scout leader of 2 separate Girl Scout troops (50 girls total) from 1995 to 2004.
Cathi has a passion for youth education and development and is enthusiastic to hold a seat on the Colts board of directors, to help build the Colts Youth Organization to be the very best it can be.
