Stan Pereira has a strong background in finance and accounting with over 25 years of experience. Stan began their career as a Senior Accountant at Geldhof Auto and Gas Industries in 1992. After three years, they joined Colt Arabia Ltd as a Finance Manager, where they worked for nine years. In 2004, they became an Accounts Manager at Almutlaq Manufacturing and Services Company before joining Colt International in 2005. At Colt International, they held various roles, including Finance Manager and Finance Director for the Middle East Region.

Stan Pereira attended the University of Mumbai from 1983 to 1985, where they received a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
