Gourav Sharma is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in customer service and technical support. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Colt Technology Services India Private Limited since October 2018, Gourav has previously worked as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from September 2016 to October 2018, and held positions in technical support roles at Wipro Infotech from April 2014 to August 2016.
