Ferney Rincon has a strong background in information management, business intelligence, and analytics. Ferney is currently serving as the Head of Information Management at Colsubsidio, where they lead teams in analytics projects and contributes to data architecture construction and data quality governance. Prior to that, Ferney worked at Takeda as an Insights & Analytics Specialist, analyzing market trends and leading business intelligence and analytics projects. Ferney also served as a Business Strategy Specialist at Takeda, developing insights related to sales strategies and providing support to sales teams. Ferney has previous experience as a Business Support Analyst at Heel Colombia, where they analyzed market data and led business intelligence projects. Ferney also worked at Alianza Farmacéutica as a Systems and Reports Analyst, managing IT and BI functions, and as a Statistician and Reports Analyst, contributing to sales force reporting and incentives management.

Ferney Rincon has pursued multiple degrees to further their education. In 2011, they attended the Universidad de La Sabana and completed a course in Marketing and Sales Management, focusing on sales, trade promotion, and related marketing activities. From 2011 to 2016, they studied at the Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios, earning a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering. During this time, they also undertook a course in Business Architecture in 2015. In 2016, Rincon pursued additional education at the Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios, completing courses in Data Mining and Business Intelligence and Big Data. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they attended the Universidad de Los Andes and obtained a Master's degree in Science in Analytical Intelligence for Decision Making, specializing in analytics.
