Kristoff Cohran is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare, education, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the DEI & B Facilitator at Colquitt Regional Medical Center, Kristoff established a DEI Taskforce and designed a comprehensive training curriculum. As Program Administrator for the GA South Psychiatry Residency Program, Kristoff developed the program, secured ACGME accreditation, and partnered with prominent medical colleges for sustainability. Founded M3E, Inc. to empower youth in education and career development, and also serves as the Executive Producer and Host of The Conversation Corner Podcast. Previous roles include Program Coordinator at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, where Kristoff managed operations and facilitated ACBSP accreditation, and various leadership positions at UPS and Vector Marketing, demonstrating a strong ability to improve operational efficiency and foster team collaboration. Kristoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economic Development and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.
