Grishma R. is a skilled researcher with significant experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently a Senior Research Associate at Colossal Biosciences since March 2023, Grishma previously held the position of Associate Scientist II at Strand Therapeutics from September 2021 to January 2023 and completed a co-op in Protein and Cell Engineering at Biogen between September 2020 and April 2021. During the co-op, Grishma performed various molecular biology techniques, including cloning, plasmid transformation, and protein expression, while maintaining detailed experimental documentation. Grishma started as a Summer Intern at Ipca Laboratories Limited in 2018, focusing on API analysis. Grishma holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Northeastern University and is currently pursuing an MBA at New England College. Grishma completed a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai.
