Julia Bradshaw has extensive experience in UX design, starting as a Research Assistant at Abt Associates in 2015. Julia progressed to roles like Associate Analyst, User Experience Associate, Senior User Experience Designer, and finally Manager of UX Design at Forum One. In 2023, they became the Lead UX Designer at Color Of Change, where they led various projects, including website redesign and application development. Throughout their career, Julia has demonstrated a strong focus on user satisfaction and achieving outstanding results for their clients.

Julia Bradshaw completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Studies & Economics from The Johns Hopkins University in 2014. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate in User Experience Design from General Assembly. Additionally, they earned various certifications in design, service design, visual design, mobiles for international development, user experience research & strategy, and design leadership fundamentals.
