Katie Dawn is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and process improvement sectors, currently serving as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Avient Corporation since June 2018. Previously, Katie has held the position of Manufacturing Process Associate Engineer at ColorMatrix Group. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Executive Leadership from Liverpool John Moores University, obtained between 2006 and 2009, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Genetics combined with Business Studies from the University of Liverpool, which was completed from 1999 to 2002.
