Catherine Park has had a diverse work experience, starting as a Social Media Analyst at Joseph Giles in 2018, then moving on to roles at Enactus Sussex, University of Sussex, SAP, Digitool, and eventually founding G.L.O.W in 2019. In 2022, they worked as the Community & Partnerships Manager at Circl® before taking on the role of Community & Events Lead at Colorintech in 2023. Throughout their career, Catherine has demonstrated a strong focus on community building, communication strategy development, and advocating for diversity and inclusivity in various industries.

Catherine Park completed their BSc in Business and Management Studies (Hons) with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Project Management from the University of Sussex in 2021. Catherine furthered their education by obtaining additional certifications in Management & Leadership from CMI and as a Circl Leader from Circl® in 2022. In 2023, they also obtained a certification in Mental Health First Aid from MHFA England®.
