Jennifer Bruno

Account Development Manager at Colorescience

Jennifer Bruno is currently an Operations Specialist at Colorescience. Prior to their current position, they were a Service Project Manager at Charles Window & Door Company from December 2017 to May 2021. Before that, they were an Escalations Coordinator at Bare Escentuals from June 2008 to December 2016.

In their role as an Escalations Coordinator, Jennifer provided assistance for customers with escalated issues for all retail partners, including ULTA, Sephora, QVC, department stores, and Spa/Salon. Jennifer also resolved time sensitive issues while providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. At Bare Escentuals, Jennifer also processed return credits and/or accommodations for online orders, damaged items, and items that caused product reactions. Jennifer kept teammates informed of daily promotions, important communication, and detailed logs of work on Excel. Furthermore, Jennifer multitasked to ensure that daily responsibilities were achieved while accessing information from multiple internal systems and channels to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Jennifer also analyzed the daily fraud report to ensure customer's online accounts were protected and reached out to customers to verify questionable orders.

In their role as an Escalations Coordinator, Jennifer also brainstormed, created, and executed streamlined processes to help assist the team to manage their time better and strengthen the department. Finally, they assisted in new hire onboarding and training with policies, procedures daily work tasks.

Jennifer Bruno has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Sonoma State University and a Human Resource Management Certificate from the Sonoma State University School of Extended and International Education.
