Venu Madhav Vaddadi has over 20 years of work experience, primarily at Colorcon Inc. Venu Madhav started at Colorcon Inc in 1999 as a Sr Business Analyst and was responsible for various projects and production support for financial modules. In 2002, they became an Applications Business Analyst, implementing modules and supporting Oracle CRM implementation in the AP region. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Sr. Business Analyst and Project Manager, leading projects such as the implementation of export compliance system and supporting Hyperion planning and Essbase. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Asia Pacific Projects Manager at Colorcon Asia Pvt Limited. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as the Manager of Global Business Analytics at Colorcon Inc. Currently, they hold the role of Manager Financial Systems at Colorcon® since 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at ITC Technology Solutions from 1998 to 1999.

Venu Madhav Vaddadi's education history begins with their completion of a Master of Computer Applications degree from CBIT - Osmania University, India, from 1993 to 1996. After this, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from La Salle University. This education is expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, Venu also attained a PMP certification from PMP in 2010.
