Ilham B has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ilham started their career in 2008 as a Research Analyst at COMPAGNIE ALGERIENNE DES ASSURANCES - CAAT, where they focused on sales and customer service while developing strong relationships with customers. Ilham then worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Lycamobile Group from 2013 to 2016, handling incoming calls and addressing customer queries and complaints.

In 2017, Ilham joined Booking.com as a Customer Service Specialist, where they managed various responsibilities such as handling reservations, data input, problem-solving, and stakeholder management. Ilham collaborated effectively with other divisions to ensure efficient handling of queries and complaints.

After their tenure at Booking.com, Ilham joined Carpetright in 2021 as a Customer Service Specialist, where they provided exceptional customer service until 2022. Currently, they are working at Colorcon as a Customer Care Coordinator, starting from 2023.

Ilham B attended École normale supérieure des Lettres et Sciences humaines d'Alger from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a baccalauréat in (Major) Naturel and life science with a focus on science. From 2003 to 2007, they studied at Université de M'sila and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Business/Commerce, General. In 2008, Ilham attended Institut supérieur de gestion et planification ISGP, where they earned a PLD degree in Insurance techniques.
