Nicole Pawloski is an experienced professional in education abroad and human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Director for First Year Abroad Programs at Colorado State University since October 2019. Prior roles at Colorado State University include Program Manager and Senior Education Abroad Coordinator. Previously, Nicole held positions such as HR Recruiter at Front Range Community College, Human Resources Program Generalist and Assistant at the YMCA of Northern Colorado, and Peace Corps Campus Recruiter at the University of Colorado Boulder. Additional experience includes serving as an Associate Program Director and Assistant Director at the YMCA of Northern Colorado, a TEFL Teacher with the Peace Corps, and a Scholar in Service Recruiter with AmeriCorps. Nicole's early career also involved roles as a Dance Teacher and Student Assistant in Directed Research at the University of Pittsburgh. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a study abroad program at the University of Cape Town.
