Eric Ray serves as the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships and Employee Relations at Colorado State University since January 2020, overseeing strategic planning initiatives in employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and workplace investigations. Prior to this role, Eric held several leadership positions within JBS USA from 2001 to 2019, including Head of Human Resources for the corporate and Fed Beef sectors, where responsibilities encompassed employee engagement, talent development, and labor relations management. Eric began a career in human resources at Staffing Solutions and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Tennessee Technological University.
