Toni Leskela is a seasoned R&D and product management professional with extensive experience across various roles in the outdoor and product development industries. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Elevate Outdoor Collective since August 2023, Toni has also held positions as a Guide and Snow Safety Educator at Colorado Mountain School since December 2016. Previous roles include Independent Consultant at Vuori Consulting and Product Manager at Great Trango Holdings, Inc. Toni has a strong background with Backcountry Access, Inc. as Category Director, and earlier experience with Suunto Oy as a Product Manager in diving and Team Manager for Testing. Toni's career began at TAI-Institute as a Research Assistant, following the completion of a Master of Science degree in Product Development from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
