Richelle Malacas currently serves as a Medical Receptionist at Colorado Mountain Medical, LLC, since March 2023. Previously, Richelle accumulated over a decade of experience at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in various IT roles, including Assistant IT Manager and IT Specialist, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS standards and optimizing technology operations to enhance service delivery. Earlier roles also encompassed hospitality positions such as Hostess and Kids Four All Seasons Attendant, along with customer service experience at GameStop and Ralphs Grocery Company. Richelle is pursuing a degree in Nursing and Pre-Nursing Studies at Colorado Mountain College, building on an educational background that includes an Associate of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Management from Santa Barbara City College.
