Jaren Smith is an experienced educator specializing in mathematics, currently serving as a Math Content Specialist at The Colorado Education Initiative since July 2012. Prior to this role, Jaren held the positions of AP Calculus and Precalculus Teacher, as well as Mathematics Department Chair at DSST Public Schools from August 2007 to June 2012. Jaren holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania (2002-2004) and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Bard College (1998-2002).
