Jessi Spencer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in facilities management, project management, and banking services. Currently serving as a Local Agency/Planning Support at the Colorado Department of Transportation since May 2023, Jessi previously held the position of Assistant Vice President Facilities Manager at Arkansas Federal Credit Union for over thirteen years, overseeing numerous construction projects and managing corporate facilities and fleet operations. Additional experience includes bookkeeping and business operations at New Generation Printing, support roles at U.S. Bank, and account services coordination at Centennial Bank. Jessi holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University.
