Kayla Archer, MA, has extensive experience in various roles primarily focused on mental health, education, and support services. From January 2014 to July 2016, Kayla served as a Provider Liaison at Jefferson Hills New Vistas, assisting psychiatrists with Telemedicine evaluations, managing patient intakes, and conducting group therapy. Prior experience as a Paraprofessional at Cherry Creek School District involved supporting IEPs and aiding children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Kayla also worked as an Office Manager at Colorado Dancesport, where responsibilities included managing schedules, teaching dance, and overseeing marketing efforts. Currently, Kayla is employed at Colorado Access as a Learning and Development Specialist and Care Manager Supervisor, evaluating functional eligibility for Medicaid waivers to facilitate in-home services for the elderly and disabled, promoting community-based living.
