Andrea Delgadillo Ostrovsky's work experience includes a variety of roles in different companies. Andrea started their career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Eastaugh at the Alaska Courts in 2005. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Marsha J. Pechman at the U.S. District Court. In 2007, they co-founded the Friends of Cheasty Greenspace at Mountainview. Andrea then worked as an Associate Attorney at Yarmuth Wilsdon Calfo from 2008 to 2012. Andrea became a Partner at Calfo Harrigan Leyh & Eakes LLP from 2012 to 2016 and later joined Calfo Eakes & Ostrovsky PLLC, where they served as a Partner from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they hold positions at Forterra as a Board Member and Chair since 2017 and at COLOR as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel since 2020. Additionally, Andrea is the Chief Executive Officer at COLOR starting from January 2023.

Andrea Delgadillo Ostrovsky completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Chicago between 1995 and 1998. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Michigan Law School, completing their studies between 2002 and 2005.
