Gregg Weber has a strong background in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and marketing industries. Gregg currently serves as the President and CEO of Color Craft Graphic Arts, where they focus on exceeding customer expectations and finding innovative solutions. Previously, they held positions such as Plant President at RR Donnelley, Executive Vice President at Derse, and SR. Vice President of Operations at Serigraph. With their experience in operations, process engineering, and quality functions, they have contributed to the success of these organizations. Additionally, as the COO of National Premium, Gregg led the company through a strategic plan, acquisition, and financial challenges, ultimately achieving profitability.

Gregg Weber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Manufacturing and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Gregg also obtained an MBA in Finance from Marquette University. Prior to their college education, Gregg attended Eau Claire Memorial High School. Additionally, they have acquired the certification of Six Sigma Black Belt Professional from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2017.
