Filipe Silva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the automotive and connector industries. Currently serving as Plant General Manager at Fischer Connectors Portugal since August 2021, Filipe has previously held significant roles including Operations Manager at Continental Advanced Antenas and Kathrein Automotive, as well as Production and Continuous Improvement Manager/Director at Kathrein Automotive Portugal. Filipe's career began as a Product Engineer at Ficosa International and has included key positions focused on production management. Filipe holds a Master of Business Administration from Católica Porto Business School and a Licentiate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade do Porto, along with various certifications in Lean Management and coaching.
