The Mid-Weight Team is a new team at Colony Group. Previously, they worked as a Senior Art Director at Engine Group from February 2018 to July 2020. There, they focused on social and cause marketing, but also delivered outstanding results for every client. They are fuelled by passion and creativity, and guided by integrity and responsibility.

From May 2014 to August 2015, the Mid-Weight Team worked as a Senior Art Director at JuniorCru. There, they were responsible for graphics, design, image manipulation, brand development, concept development, art direction, creative strategy, and project management. They have also worked as a Senior Art Director at Ogilvy Australia from April 2010 to November 2016, and as a Designer/Art Director at TimeZoneOne from March 2006 to April 2010.

Most recently, the Mid-Weight Team has been working as a Senior Creative at Freelance since July 2020.
