Shelly Rowland has over a decade of experience in administrative support and healthcare. Since July 2011, Shelly has served as the Administrative Team Leader at ColonialWebb, where responsibilities include tracking and reporting contract information while managing renewals and adjustments. Prior roles at ColonialWebb include Maintenance Sales Assistant and Billing Specialist, focusing on sales support, invoicing, and customer account management. Before this, Shelly worked as a Certified Nurse Aide at Medical Facilities of America, providing direct patient care and support. Shelly earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Commonwealth University and has continued education through Coursera.org since 2012.
