Ronald Shaw is an experienced educator currently working as a Special Education Teacher for Colonial School District since August 2018. In addition to this role, Ronald serves as Game Day Staff for the Wilmington Blue Rocks starting in April 2024. Previous professional experience includes roles as a Summer Camps Coordinator for New Castle County (DE) Government, Middle School ELA Teacher for Christina School District, and ELA Teacher/Student Advisor for Big Picture Learning. Ronald also has experience as a Teacher/Interventionist with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Reading Coach for Chester Upland School District, and Overnight Crew Leader at Giant Food. Ronald holds a Master of Education in School Leadership from Wilmington University, a Master of Science in Education in Instructional Leadership from Neumann University, and a Bachelor of Science in Professional/Secondary Education with a focus on Literature from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
