Emily Falcon currently serves as the Chief Operating & Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the Colonial School District, a role held since June 2013. Prior to this position, Emily Falcon held various roles in state government, including Director of Financial Reform Resources at the Delaware Department of Education and Senior Fiscal and Policy Analyst at the Delaware Office of Management and Budget. Emily Falcon has also contributed as a Policy Advisor in the Office of the Governor and as a Legislative Assistant in the Delaware State Senate. Participation in the private network Chief began in July 2021, aimed at empowering senior women leaders. Emily Falcon's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration in Financial Management and Health Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from the University of Delaware.
