Melanie Little is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Colonial Pipeline Company, a role held since January 2023. Prior to this position, Melanie spent over two decades at Magellan Midstream Partners, advancing through several key roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, Melanie was responsible for operational leadership, safety, compliance, and the management of significant assets valued over $8 billion. Melanie also played a crucial role in commercial development and environmental compliance, demonstrating a strong record of managing large teams and budgets, as well as enhancing company sustainability initiatives. Melanie's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
