Elizabeth Crisp is an accomplished professional in the insurance sector, currently serving as the Director of Acquisition Services at Colonial Life since November 2021. In this role, Elizabeth is responsible for the strategic development and execution of acquisition programs targeting commercial accounts with over 500 lives, as well as enhancing prospecting initiatives in the large case customer segment. Prior to joining Colonial Life, Elizabeth had a significant tenure at Aflac Group Insurance from February 2004 to November 2021, where roles varied from Senior Consultant in Broker Sales and Strategy to Manager of Group Implementation and Enrollment. In these positions, Elizabeth led strategic initiatives, ensured consistency across various sectors, and developed operational plans to support the sales function. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina, earned between 1993 and 1997.
