Carol Day has extensive experience in the retail and hospitality sectors, showcasing a strong passion for plants and customer engagement. Currently, as a Greenhouse Associate at Colonial Gardens since July 2020, Carol focuses on educating and selling plants while fostering a love for gardening. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at Westlake Ace Hardware, an In-Store Trainer and Server at Granite City Food & Brewery, a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Tripletree Bar & Grill, and serving at Woodlands Racetrack in catering and banquets.
