Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store dedicated to organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously ran Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a Nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and food history. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
