Carlos A. Camargo L. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and project management. Currently serving as the Gerente de Proyectos de Analítica y Big Data at the Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social de Colombia, Carlos leads data transformation initiatives to derive strategic insights. As the Chief Executive Officer of CONTROLER, Carlos drives technological innovation and oversees digital transformation efforts aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and client experience. Previously, Carlos held leadership roles in various organizations, including the Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, where efforts focused on fostering entrepreneurship and technological innovation nationally. Carlos's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Leadership for Digital Transformation from CESA and a Master's degree in Digital Business from ESIC Business & Marketing School, complemented by an engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Universidad El Bosque.
