Helen is the customer advocate within CMS, working with the customers to ensure CMS hold a good understanding of their business and objectives, developing a strong partnership to help achieve those objectives.
In previous roles Helen has worked with a range of clients across retail, finance, healthcare, housing associations and leisure and hospitality working with her teams to provide stability and improvements across hosting and network solutions.
From that experience Helen brings her drive and passion for continual service improvement to CMS along with keeping the rest of the CMS team focused.
