Allison Solomson

Senior Strategy Director at COLLINS

Allison Solomson is a Senior Strategy Director at COLLINS. Prior to joining COLLINS, Allison worked as Lead Strategist at Sylvain Labs, Inc from September 2015 to March 2020, where they helped brands like Spotify, Colgate Palmolive, GM, PepsiCo, Webster Bank, Google, American Express, and Samsung better understand their consumers to build more resonant products and experiences.

Before their time at Sylvain Labs, Allison was a Master's Candidate at VCU Brandcenter from August 2010 to May 2012. While at VCU Brandcenter, Allison provided recommendations to clients such as Lexus and Mars as part of a creative team.

Allison also worked as a Strategist at Orange, an experience design agency housed within the ad agency Venables Bell and Partners, from September 2012 to September 2015. During their time at Orange, Allison used human-centered design to build out brand experience strategies for Audi, Dobot, Phillips 66 and 76, and Technovation.

Allison began their career as a Research Assistant at The Early Steps Project from August 2008 to May 2009.

Allison Solomson has a Master's Degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Communications Strategy from Virginia Commonwealth University. Allison also has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
