Kim Illsley is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager for Taco Bell at Collins Foods Limited since July 2020, Kim has held various roles including HR Operations Leader and Senior Human Resources Advisor. Prior to this, Kim worked at Queensland Performing Arts Centre as a Human Resources Advisor from March 2013 to July 2020, and held the position of Senior Human Resources Advisor at Allied Gold Limited / St Barbara Ltd from April 2011 to March 2013. Earlier career experience includes multiple HR and licensing roles at Tabcorp from April 2006 to April 2011 and a Recruitment Administrator/Personnel Consultant position at Placements Australia. Kim earned a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources from Queensland University of Technology between 2001 and 2004, following education at Saint Thomas More College from 1996 to 2000.
