Thomas Phan is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Systems Administrator at Collins Community Credit Union since March 2020, specializing in the design and support of the Fiserv Nautilus/Hyland OnBase ECM system, as well as AWS services. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at Iowa Solutions Inc from November 2008 to January 2020 as a Network/System Engineer, delivering comprehensive IT support services across various sectors including government and healthcare. Earlier experiences include software deployment support for Aegon through TEKsystems and serving as a System Administrator and Disaster Recovery Specialist at AXIS BACKUP, INC.
