Ron Walters is an experienced director in the fields of digital technology and supply chain systems. Currently serving as Director of Digital Technology at Collins Aerospace and Director of Supply Chain Technology and Systems, Walters also holds a position on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Supply Chain Research® at the University, where responsibilities include brand development and strategic guidance. Prior roles include IT Director at Trane Technologies, various leadership positions at Ingersoll Rand focusing on ERP transformation and global procurement, and a tenure at Black & Decker overseeing supply planning and Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Walters' career began in the U.S. Army as an Intelligence Officer. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Indiana University and a BS in Engineering from Penn State University, with ongoing executive education in Digital Transformation at Wharton.
